The anti-theft protection for our DC charging cables effectively prevents vandalism and copper theft, taking the eTower 200 to the next level in public charging.
It is wise to take precautions, because without protection, the damage caused by theft of copper charging cables can unfortunately be considerable. In addition to material and service costs, public charging stations must also be approved in accordance with calibration law.

Inside is the insulated charging cable. Around it is a steel protective layer combining hardened flat steel and wear-resistant steel-ceramic materials. The third layer is a protective cover made of UV-resistant plastic fabric to protect against the elements. This combination makes it extremely difficult for potential thieves to cut through the cables!
Due to the moderate additional weight, the charging cable remains flexible to use.
