Hardware service requests
If you need help with hardware problems, e.g. troubleshooting, repairs or warranty enquiries, our hardware service team is at your disposal. The hardware team is working flat out to provide you with timely support.
In order for your request to be included in our system, it is imperative that you provide the following information in your email:
- Serial number of the charging station
- Address of the charging station
- Detailed error description
- Technical contact person on site
