Compleo and SCAPO conclude service agreement for former Compleo Connect products

Focus on customers I Continuous support ensured with immediate effect

Dortmund, 25 January 2024 - Compleo Charging Solutions, one of the leading full-service providers of charging technology for electric vehicles in Europe, and SCAPO, a renowned energy and e-mobility specialist, have signed a service agreement. With immediate effect, SCAPO will take over the technical services - from installation and commissioning to maintenance and support - for the product line of the former wallbe GmbH, formerly known as Compleo Connect.

This agreement covers the Compleo PRO, Compleo PRO plus and Compleo ECO wallboxes as well as the Compleo ZAS and Compleo MAX AC charging solutions. The agreement with SCAPO offers customers affected by the insolvency and liquidation of Compleo Connect a clear perspective: it ensures continued access to service and repair work. In addition, previously uninstalled SCAPO products can be put into operation.

SCAPO will process and resolve both current and new service tickets for Compleo Connect products. Customers can submit their service tickets directly via a dedicated area on the SCAPO website.

SCAPO can look back on many years of successful collaboration with the former wallbe GmbH. As an experienced component supplier and manufacturer of wallboxes, SCAPO has a specialised team that focuses on maintaining, repairing and commissioning products. This expertise guarantees a smooth and competent service for all Compleo Connect customers.
